Having received various quotes elsewhere, I received a call from Thomas Houlding at the Bournemouth office. I explained that the alternative quotes were more competitive but, after making some amendments he was able to provide a quote which I was happy with.

The initial price for my car insurance was increased initially which didn't make sense considering car hardly used over past year and with luck down not much chance this year either. But Christopher Lewis from Horsham did his best and in the end I had it reduced.
