My husband who is 80 renewed his car policy but agreed to many additional options including breakdown recovery which we already had. The total amounting to £206 above the standard premium. Following a telephone conversation they agreed to refund this money. I am so grateful. We have been their customers since moving here 30 years ago. I trust them to get us a good deal and comparing with friends they do. Thank you excellent service.

I've always found A Plan to give top service and when in the event of a claim, they've been right on the ball taking away the worries and being very pro active, something I couldn't say about other providers I've used.
They may not always be the cheapest pound for pound, but the service they give is worth any extra there may be.

I have been insuring my vehicles and properties through A-Plan now for several years. They have consistently provided excellent service. I have looked at other providers near renewal time but A-Plan have always been able to better the quotes that I have received.

I have two cars with you as well as my home insurance. I have never claimed on any of those policies, yet time after time you attempt to put up my insurance premiums. You blame all kinds of outside reasons. I think your only criteria should be, have I been a good, LOYAL and profitable customer. Taking all my policies into account, I think I have, and I am not interested in outside factors. If you carry on doing this, inevitably you will lose my business.. With regard to my insurance policies, it's just the same old, same old.

Ive been with A-Plan for over 30 years and stayed with them when I moved to Cumbria from Hampshire. I tried on line insurance last year with another company but the service wasn't as good so have come back to A-Plan this year as its worth the little bit extra cost. There was a blip in their service two years ago due to miss communication between A-Plan and myself but it was remedied very quickly and efficiently. Im pleased with the service they give.
