Mark was very helpful. I was surprised to learn that A-Plan had retained my credit card details and I contacted them about this; they told me the details were securely encrypted but could be removed from their system if I preferred which is what I requested.

I used to have two cars and a van, plus house insurance with A plan.
Now, just one lot of house insurance.
It is good to deal with people, who you can talk to, rather than a different name each time. And being local, you can nip in and speak face to face.
But, can be a bit on the expensive side.... hence not using as much, shame as said used to have a lot of insurances with them.
