I was contacted about renewal in plenty of time by Lauren of the Bournemouth branch. She then very efficiently and courteously went through the renewal process. I also have recently also renewed my home insurance and experienced the same helpful attitude that characterises my contacts with this branch. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is my 2nd year with A-Plan. The staff have always been courteous, professional, and helpful. I feel a valued customer and that they are constantly trying to get the best deal for me. As an example this year both my and my wife's car insurance premiums were less than last year for an improved cover. They contacted me whereas in the past I have always had to chase and haggle with previous insurers to get the best deal.

I was faced with a professional Staff-Olivia Burke. My renewal was not due till15th February, 2021. But I did not hesitate to renew paid and dusted with the policy after conversation with Olivia, more than three weeks before my encounter with her. I could have sought a second opinion but I did not!

I have 3 properties Insured with A-Plan.
I have little communication with A-Plan, except for renewal time, which always goes up.The one claim I tried to get wasn't allowed. I accidentally overpaid my renewal by 20 pounds and I was told it would be refunded - I'm still waiting for that. It seems there are few good insurers around now.

Excellent broker to deal with, the team are all very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
They take the time to explain the details of the policy to you in a language that you can understand and check that the policy is correct to cover your requirements.
It is geat to be able to just be able to make a telephone call and someone is there to give you any help you may need.
Thank you for your help with the renewal again this year and keep up the excellent work.

A-Plan are absolutely the very best. As a Broker they search for best-value Policies for us for everything. Both cars, House & contents etc., etc. Their Staff are so very helpful, cheeful and cant do enough for us. They give you good advanced warning of any impending due date(S) and have helped our friends out many times. Sometimes a Broker like A-Plan will spot any 'deficiencies' in a Policy you may have considered, but always come up with solutions. Their Staff are there to help through any Insurance 'crisis' at all times. Service is 5-star!

I had some queries on the renewal figure sent to me and I found Rebecca Keen very helpful in dealing with these.
She reminded me by telephone that my insurance needed to be dealt with ( I had already received the usual letter) and she rang me back very quickly after checking out my queries and gave me helpful answers.

I have been dealing with A-Plan for a number of years and have always found their Customer Service excellent. They have a very friendly team always aiming to go the extra mile to fulfill your needs. It takes the hassle out of finding competitive insurances by using their services.
