We have used A-Plan for many years now. They always come back with a good price, so I do not have to try other companies. They always contact me when the insurance is due. Had been a customer of A Plan for many years up until the last 2 when they couldnt compete with the online price and product I could get. Had a call a few weeks ago to see if they could quote for my annual contents and buildings cover. Surprised to find out that it was £50 cheaper than the online offerings.
Have now returned to A Plan as you have a point of contact with a person in a shop if a problem arises.
