Fantastic people to deal with, they explain everything in detail and with all modifications declared are a good deal cheaper than anyone else, this is my second year with them and if they continue to offer the great service they have already, i'm pretty sure i'll be staying with them a good while.

I started using A Plan because I was fed up talking to someone in Delhi using online insurers, their prices are always competitive and I love the fact I can just walk into town and pay it. My biggest gripe though is when I tell them nothing has changed since last year they still persist in asking me 30 minutes of stupid questions basically trying to sell me more insurance. Really winds me up, if I want house insurance etc I will ask you for it...
