The best thing I find dealing with Matt, with A-Plan in Weybridge, is that he really looks into what is the best insurance for you; not just any insurance that's going.

Very pleased with the communication and efficiency of A-Plan, also with the quote for the insurance. The only issue I had was that I was not given all the information at the beginning plus I’m a stickler for making sure that the i’s and t’s are correct.

I Have been dealing with Daniel Green, from my first contact with him by phone I found him to be extremely helpful, he compared a number of policies to try and find one that would fulfil my particular skill set.
On one occasion he went through a policy with me as I was having difficulty downloading it. he was extremely polite, spoke well and was easy to understand, In this day and age it was nice to speak to someone who actually seemed to care.

As I currently insure my car via A plan, when my home and contents insurance renewal was due, I requested a quote by phone. My call was dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner, and I received a competitive quote, having stated the maximum price that I was prepared to pay.
