Recently changed my car to an all electric one. The current policy did not cover EV so had to change the underwriters. This was dearer than other quotes I had. Aplan then charged a £30 cancellation charge if I left. So decided to stay with Aplan. I will be reviewing my other policies I have with Aplan after enforcing this type of charging on your customers.

As getting the right insurance can be a complicated business I use Aplan as they know the questions to ask me so the insurance is tailored to my needs. Also if the worst happens they deal with the claim process so I am not stressed any more than I need to be. I also find them normally competitive on price so I recommend them.

Very happy with the renewal of my house insurance. All staff helpful and patient. The inevitable increase in cost is bearable at present but will have to give more consideration if there is another increase next year. Best Wishes Brenda

Having already having car insurance with A plan I was approached about taking out home insurance with them so I asked for a quote. This came back competitive so I made sure it was like for like which then increased the A plan quote but still less than my current provider. Minor amendments were made to the A plan quote including changing the insurer and even though another provider came in with a competitive quote I went ahead with A plan.
I found they were professional in their approach and nothing was too much trouble to find out and amend. The proof will be in the event of a claim which I hope will not happen.

Good communication “ used A plan as I have another policy with them . Problem is on checking twenty five quotes online they were 60% more expensive than them. Will check the next time it needs renewed .

A plan are going off there game - had a truly awful experience with a no fault accident. The car had to be repaired by an approved body shop to preserve warranty and the claim agent appointed by plan where useless, cars provided while in where not great and really poor service from aplan
Recently they bought out my motorcycle insurance broker and the charges went up. They have started doing the hard sell as well, which really doesn't suit them. Been with them now 11 years think it is time to shop around a bit more
