My experience with A-Plan is about 4 or 5 years now I find them very helpful and always there for me and they make sure that they give me the best deals for my car insurance and my house building and contents.

I have had many insurances with Aplan over many years. I generally very pleased with the service. But on this occasion I was very disappointed due to the fact that although Aplan have had my details of my accidents speeding offences and details of my van. When it came to the renewal this year. The gentlemen had none on file of the above. I had to make a point that he had all the details of my van, the e aftermarket wheels etc. I even emailed him photos to forward to the insurance company. I don't want a problem if the van was stolen or damaged in the event of a claim and that the insurance company won't pay out in the event of a claim.
I'm still nit convinced that as a company you have all the details required.

The price and cover is good. CoVid has meant that it was a bit difficut being transferred to the right person and I was cut off while waiting at least once. When I got through to the correct person, it was smoothly handled, in a friendly and efficient way.
