I would just like to say how helpful Nicki was on the phone this evening while sorting out my insurance policy. I don't often write reviews but I found her mannerism spot on. Even working well after 5pm to complete the policy, without any attempt to rush the call to an end. Would highly recommend.

We have used insurance services with A Plan for many years and are confident to stay with and be supported by them. Renewal is simple and we know that they search for the best deals to suit our needs. My only (slight) criticism is that we hold four policies amounting to a large amount of money each year, and are charged an admin fee for each one, which is over £200 in total. There have been occasions when the fee has been reduced by a small amount but I think that consideration should be considered to reduce multiple fees. A pleasant company to deal with.

I have used A Plan in Newbury for over 25 years. I have always found them to be polite, helpful and invariably secure the best and cheapest quotes. In the event of a claim the do all the admin and handle everything. Most of my family and friends also use the Newbury branch on my recommendation. They have never let me down.

I have been with A Plan (previously Sheltons) for over 30 years, nothing will ever replace the ability to resolve matters in person F2F (CV19 willing). They are competitive but there can be cheaper online options BUT they don't know me, I have to complete repeated forms time and time again, hidden unexplained exclusions and hard to reach - basically I would have to do all the searching. In the times I've needed them, A plan is only a quick call and they take away the pain and leg work when trouble strikes. use them.
