i was phoned before my property insurance policies ran out and immediately A -Plan staff gave me new quotes which were acceptable. The paperwork for checking arrived without delay and they phoned me a couple of days before payment was due which was duly dealt with. Everything could not have been dealt with any better. Very polite and helpful. Efficient. Paperwork always in order. Good prices. Prior to covid I like to be able to go to office premises locally to discuss options in person. That's a bonus. And no "press 1, press 2 etc etc" whenever I telephone. A person answers every time. There's a lot to say for good old fashioned customer service. Staying put. Will recommend.

A-Plan made their annual phone enquiry offering to renew our insurance. They had an alternative offer which reduced our payment enough to make the Change worthwhile. Due to COVID everything was done by phone and online. A very friendly, efficient service.
