I received a call from Alice Henwood of A-Plan Insurance Bournemouth,to remind me that my annual insurance on my car was due early February 21, she then proceeded to let me know that she had found another insurer who was cheaper than my present insurer,and sought my permission to change insurance companies, the answer was YES much to my delight, she then in a very professional way explained all the do’s and don’ts associated with the policy and other things you can have including legal cover, breakdown cover etc. I am very pleased with the way A-Plan has set my mind to rest for one more year regarding my car insurance and would definitely recommend there services to my family and friends.

A-Plan has always provided excellent service - quick to respond and always polite and helpful. They send reminders for renewals but don't nag! They give good value for money. In fact, when I moved away from Witney, where they have their local office, I carried on using them for all my insurance. Highly recommended.
