I called for another insurance policy. As always a very efficient, quick and valuable service from he Aplan team. Luke at the Tooting branch was exceptionally helpful. He knows his stuff, doesn't bombard you with insurance jargon, and gets the job done quickly.

On this occasion the Branch Manager dealt with my insurance renewal entirely satisfactorily and would have warranted 5 stars. However on the 2 previous occasions that I have dealt with A-Plan, I experienced problems and would have transferred to another company but couldn't find one that I could be sure was any better. Hence my overall opinion at present is 4 stars.

Speaking to LUKE at the Tooting branch today was great, I had to accept the quote given by him, I never ever accept a insurance quote at first I always search other insurance companies to compare.
