Being able to talk to a real person .if you phone it is always answered and you are not kept hanging on for ever.the staff are always friendly and helpful although they do talk a little fast for an old women like me overall very satisfide.

The staff were very helpful when renewing my home insurance offering advice without being 'pushy'. They sent me a hard copy, through the post, of my policy details etc. as I requested. For me it's convenient they have a local office so as I can call in and speak to someone face to face with any queries I may have.
