I am with Howden insurance for over 15 years and have an excellent experience. They handled everything very professionally. Both my house and car insurance are with Howden. The policies are discussed and easy to set up. The customer service is excellent.

On the whole happy aas I chose to insure, however would have liked a backup email confirming my insurance. I had to ring up and still waiting for hard copy which is my wish

A gentleman called Charlie was very polite and incredibly helpful in finding me a very good insurance with a good discount as I have other insurance policies through them.
