Everyone I have spoken with at A-Plan have always been really helpful. Their reminders are fantastic, and it means I never miss a renewal date. Their quotes are always competitive. A plan work hard to find you the best deal on the market, if at first you are not happy with a quote they will trawl the whole market and find the best deal for you. Its reassuring to know if you need to make a claim these guys will help you every step.

I have been a customer of A Plan for a few years now, initially I had a van then changed recently to a car and have been very happy with their service.

This week I had a van accident. I made a call to A-Plan and I could not believe how helpful they were. Within an hour, Lucy had arranged for everything to be sorted. Circumstances meant I had to quickly change my car, which I had just re-insured via A-Plan. The change had to be so quick that the new policy, although sorted and paid for, had yet to reach its operational date. A-Plan quickly did what was necessary to ensure my new vehicle was the one insured and also made sure my new vehicle was covered from the date I got it to the date when the new policy started. They even made sure that the changes were made in a way that cost me the least. I was impressed and will continue to Use A-Plan.
