I have just bought a new car, April 2021, as I have worked for my family's business for 50 year's I haven't had to pay the cost myself ,it's payed by the company, as I am part time I've had to pay the insurance on this new car, I started to look for insurance companies & found out A-plan insurance had an office in High At. in Oxford, I contacted them & spoke to Kayleigh Burrows - she was very helpful, I explained about not having to insure a car for many years, she explained what I would need to provide, i was happy with the quote, & decided to go with Kayleigh at A- plan, I called into the branch at Oxford where I met Kayleigh & payed for the insurance, I was very pleased how the process went smoothly to completion - many thanks to the A- plan team. Contacted A Plan for car insurance as been given a rather excessive quote from my current insurance provider and got the insurance £150 cheaper per year.
The advisor worked for the Shirley branch who my husband deals with for his van insurance and Emlyn Hall dealt with my query. He was absolutely brilliant. I dread these calls usually but Emlyn’s approach, whilst very professional, was so friendly he put me at ease straight away. His upselling was also great and made sure that I was clear on everything that I had agreed to before putting down the phone.
Emlyn is a credit to your company well done on your training programme.

As I haven’t had any cause to put a claim in or had any reason to contact them about anything else,I cannot comment on that part . All I can say is that when I took the policy out and renewed it again , I found them to be very helpful and polite .

Always found A-plan excellent ! A member of their staff Robert Weekes is exceptional .... highly efficient and polite individual and nothing is too much trouble for him. APlan’s other office staff have also been most courteous at all times. It will continue to be our first port of call for insurance cover !
