My experience of A plan is that they are efficient, helpful and offer a friendly service. They have dealt with all my requests in a very satisfactory way. I had been wary of using a broker but their service encourages me. I have not had to claim from them but feel confident that they would ensure that this went smoothly. When we moved to A plan we immediately had a redyuction in what we had previously paid.

We now have two cars insured with them, and will continue to do so as the prices are very competitive. More importantly though, the service that we receive is wonderful - so personal!
I've not needed to make a claim, but I imagine that they'll be equally professional if the worst happened.

Took a while to get to the correct department who could deal with my request. However once i was speaking to the correct team, they provided me with a very competiively priced quote. Sent through all the documentation for me to review very quickly and followed up call with further information.

Everything was easy to follow and the outcome was a very competitive policy, which I have admittedly paid a little bit more for, but under the knowledge that family members in the past have had their claims through the branch handled in an excellent manner, giving me piece of mind.

A-Plan insurance have given me excellent service over the years. The Farnborough branch that I am with have always tried to help and although A-Plan Insurance may not be the cheapest when compared to Internet based quotations, when somebody reversed into the side of my car, it only took one call to A-Plan to organise a repair and hire car if I needed it. A-Plan took care of everything, my vehicle was picked up, repaired and delivered back. I feel that this service is worth paying a little more for. A-Plan are at the end of the phone or under normal circumstances would be available in the office if you wanted to talk. I would recommend A-Plan.

I have used a plan on and off for years, always had good service and would recommend, only issue this year is I asked for the documents to be posted and I think I’m going to have to chase it this year as they haven’t arrived after three weeks !

Trustable, friendly and reliable. I have no need to worry, everything is completed for me before I even have to worry about renewing my insurance. The best policy is found and it is all found to suit you, your budget and your needs. Would and do always recommend to friends or anyone that is looking for any form of insurance.
