Great job of, initially getting my van insurance, and then this year renewing it. I compared their offer with others online and chose to stay with A-Plan Eastleigh for customer service and value. I haven’t had to make a claim but they are also available to help with this too. Thanks Ricky

I found the renewal process easy by dealing with Mark from the Tooting branch, even with the FCA compliance statements that on other occasions have taken up a lot of time. As a businessman I can honestly say that his clear understandable conversation to clarify my cover, changes etc. As well as good listening skills made it possible for me to renew my cover and still be on time for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday party.

This will be my second year with A-Plan. The renewal process was very painless and the quote I received was very competitive when compared with what the meerkat could offer!!
