I have used A-Plan Oxford since the 1990's when I was in Oxford for a conference; and have stayed with them ever since then, even though I now live in Somerset. The service has always been excellent; the staff unfailingly polite and helpful. One example of their service which was exceptional was when our house was burgled in December 2015. They really stepped up and helped us through a pretty nasty period, following up all the claim queries, phoning the individual insurers, generally acting as "go between", and making sure the right service was provided. More recently, when helping us get the right car insurance for our son who is learning to drive. Excellent all round. Happy to recommend!

Peta was extremely helpful, checked all current details went through all the obligatory legal requirements then rang me back with the quote, excellent service and quick.
I have in the past had to claim regarding a no fault accident, one point of contact was given, someone who i could contact straight away and was updated at regular intervals re progress.
