I have been with A plan for 16 years and have not had an issue with them at all. I had a non fault claim which they handled very well indeed and my car was repaired satisfactorily and costs were recovered from the other party. When it comes to renewal, they will always try to get close to the headline quotes on price comparison sites or explain why they can't. So far they have always remained competitive, even reducing their own fee to reach a quote. I cannot fault them in any way.

I was slightly frustrated that having discussed my requirements with one of the team, getting hold of him about the final quote became a challenge as I neared my renewal date. That said, I'd recommend.
