A-Plan gave a highly competitive and customised car insurance offer for our imported car. Joshu Leach of Tooting Office was comprehensive in his work, went the extra mile and checked sound car insurance options and got back with the proposed car insurance offer quickly. This was unique- I did not get this level of service from other car insurance companies.Very strongly recommend Joshua Leach's excellent work.

I accepted their quote and paid the money up front one thousand £100 and thought that was it but no l was bombarded with demands for more information even when I was at a funeral. I was told they would have to cancel my insurance if l didn’t send what the asked for had .already given everything they wanted but that wasn’t good enough My son said tell to go and cancel the insurance which l did. They wouldn’t cancel it although already threatening to do previously. I got very

Whilst being 100% professional, His people skills win over, making the challenge of dealing with complex insurance details more bearable!!! Hi patience and clarity when taking one through the policies and explainging /answering every query in a informative and friendly manner makes for a pleasant experience, and successful perchase of policy .... cutsomer service winning me for sure!!!

Called in to A-Plan to renew my Motor Insurance cover. The office, whilst adhering to Covid guide lines, was very bright and airy. A very friendly welcome given. The staff as ever were very accommodating and helpful. Will be calling again next year.
