Getting our insurance went really well we were able to get it at a price we thought was very good and fair. But things went down hill when needing to provide NCB even though I add paper work it wasn't good enough even though I had cancelled my previous insurance Saga did everything to make change over difficult a plan didn't seem to believe any thing I said. My previous car was scrapped the day my new insurance started they still thought I was going to insure it with saga I was asked to phone saga to give permission u for a plan to ask for NCB then A plan said we can't ask because your insurance doesn't end until 10 of October even though I had cancelled the policy and informed them

I was contacted a few weeks before my policy was due and given a quote. No pressure to agree immediately and I asked for a call back in a weeks time. I agreed to accept the quote, but no money was taken from my account until the day before my policy expired.

Considering all the issues that I have encountered with the DVLA, what with the transferring of number plates to various vehicles. A-Plan Insurance at Loughborough, and in particular Claudia Walsh, deserves a medal for all the problems that I as a 'customer' have put them through. Without doubt this lady as the patience of a saint, I Came across this company by accident some two years ago and subsequently I now have both vehicle and property cover with Aplan, Claudia, along with the rest of the team at the Loughborough branch are most defiantly second to none.

Very happy with ammended quote. However first renewal was way way too high! Suggest you do homework before sending out renewals. Just lucky I bothered to ask for a more competitive quote or I would have gone elsewhere.
