All done so easiĺy over the phone and got a respectable deal when two different policies, csr and home were considered at the same time. Ok so everybody wants a good deal and value for money and the guy from A Plan understands this as he looks for good value as well when he shops around! Keep in being in tune with your customers and keep up the good work.

My 3 stars would have possibly been 4 stars but for the fact that most insurance companies including A-plan as a broker seem to get things their way all of the time. I didn't see many insurance companies offer any discounts during the depths of this pandemic when myself and millions were unable to use their vehicles so were effectively less of a liability insurance wise. My insurance premium ALWAYS goes up and never down pro-rata ??? Take, take,take and as soon as there is a claim, NOTHING !
