I used A Plan when I moved house and stayed with them for a number of years until I moved away for a couple of years, as at the time it was tricky to manage paper in the post, but now they have an online portal so I'm back with them now.
I said they could call me at my renewal date each year and they have done and have been proactive to keep me up to date with options.
As I need specialist cover they are very easy to work with to find an insurer for me that can meet my needs, without me having to call every insurer directly.
The team are great and keep in touch with progress and they call when they say they will. I'm a happy customer! Thank you Hannah and the team.
