Leon (at Tooting) was so helpful, friendly and offered clear explanations from start to finish. He was also patient as I queried various things. No question felt like a silly one! Adam from A Plan Parkstone was extremely helpful and friendly when I took out my car insurance renewal through them recently. I felt I was talking to a friend it’s really nice he took time out. Such a different experience to calling a call centre. I’ve used A Plan for many many years I still get quotes elsewhere every year but if on the occasion it’s cheaper elsewhere they do try to get to reduce the quote to remain as competitive as possible. Worth then paying that little bit extra sometimes for the better customer service.
