Was very impressed with the card and consideration shown by initially my general enquiry. The time and trouble taken to give me advice and comparing different companies and their cover.
Having been given time to take the quotes away for comparison with my then present company. I returned a week later and took up one of the quotes offered. It was nice to actually talk face to face with an advisor, instead of the usual "on-line" or just a telephone voice.
Also the fact that I could talk with the advisor, "face to face" should I need to make a claim, was reassuring.

After over a decade of using A-plan in Banbury and have always been exceptional with 1st class service at all times.
In more recent years the insurance companies A-Plan use have not been very competitive and in one year was over £250 more than comparative companies so I have done less business which is unfortunate. Would love to do more business, but A-Plan need to look at rates.
Happy to be within £50 just for the great service at A-Plan but not the hundreds more recently. Same applies to Building and Home Cover. A-Plan are not helping their 1st class staff retain and create new business so relook at rates please.

I needed a quote for buildings insurance as our current insurers tripled the premium and couldn't give me a valid reason for the rise. Although the process was quite long winded, Emily Priestley from the Worcester office, gave great customer service and was very friendly and helpful. We obtained a good price and will return to A plan for future quotes
