Nicole from the Solihull branch has been amazing! I was trying to insure a van conversion and she has been very patient and helpful in trying to help me get it insured. Unfortunately due to my age she couldn’t get me a quote but she went above and beyond to try and help. She was accommodating and went well out of her way to try and get me insurance. Would 100% recommend!

Bought a new car and needed some insurance ASAP. A-plan insurance is in our town centre so an obvious choice. Welcomed with a big smile and then straight down to getting my car insurance sorted. About 15 minutes later all sorted, I was happy with the result and left smiling. Greeted with a smile and left with a smile.

what a fantastic company. I contacted them to inquire about premiums for my camper van as my current company whose insurance runs out in two weeks quoted me a premium I'd need to sell a kidney to afford. Cue Adam, my advisor at A_plan who not only got me a policy that had better cover, it was £300 cheaper than the other guys. Adam was a consummate professional who took the time to make sure my policy covered everything. He was professional, polite and fantastic to deal with. I knew my policy would be in safe hands with A-Plan.
