Very helpful staff, they call back as promised, provide a good and clear quote. I was moved to A plan by my previous broker and it was a very good decision (wish I knew of A plan before). Above all, it is refreshing I can call the office, speak to a human and get the insurance sorted. Keep up the good work. Also the news letter is a good idea.

Always find staff at A-Plan extremely helpful. Getting a good price is top of my list but so is having the security of knowing that if I do have to make a claim there's somebody at the end of the line I can rely on to help me sort it out. Great in this day and age for the phone to be answered quickly by real people not a machine!!!
