An exceptional service was given to me today by Cathrine Smith (Insurance consultant) at Aplans Tooting office. I found Cathrine to be helpful, efficient and knowledgeable on the household Insurance products I finally opted for.

It appears that I was paying way too much for my household insurance. A Plan in Farnham, did the searching for me, and found exactly the same level of cover, including excesses, at an annual saving of hundreds of pounds. They are well worth their commission.

I've been with A-plan for some time now, both with my car, van & public liability insurance & I've always been very well served & yes, i know that if one is with an insurance company for a long period of time one hears that they start to hike up the premium's because they they can but they have never done that with me, thats why i rate them as high as i do, i am an independent self employed trader, & this my honest opinion.

The best insurance Company I have ever had to deal with. Spot on service with the human touch and Louise at the Shirley branch was brilliant. I felt like a valued customer and that they appreciated my business and didn’t just want to take my money with the least effort. It was a very good experience, especially as other Companies were struggling to give me a quote on one of the most common vans out there.
