I had trouble with trying to insure my 22 ref transporter as I had the suspension lowered , this company sorted things out , no fuss , a Taylor made policy , very friendly staff , explained everything , which is more than I can say for other insurers , give this company a look in as the price was good , the big company’s didn’t want to touch me just because I had my van lowered , highly recommended , mike howard bristol

i rang A Plan Insurance re a quote for my bungalow and contents, they took all my details I left it with them to ring me back with quotes later.They rang me back and they were able to give me a better policy than with previous insurer for just a couple of pounds more.This i accepted and was very happy with them.

I absolutely LOVE the fact a real person answers the phone! They have offices that are local to me and the first accident we've had in over 30 years was handled brilliantly. Hats off to the Colchester team who have been supportive, helpful and informative throughout. We now have all our insurances through A Plan; Car, House, Yacht and Moped. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a long-term insurance partner.

Phil was a diamond he took a lot of hard work as the process was made more difficult as we are doing improvements on our house ourselves, as my husband is a builder. Several insurance companies wouldn't touch us due to indemnity insurance. Thank you Phil for sorting us out even though it was more expensive

Excellent service; as my request couldn't be dealt with at the time, I was promised a phone call from an adviser the fgollowing morning. I have had other companies promise this in the past only to renege on the promise, but A-Plane were true to their word.
The adviser also saved me money by highlighting the fact that a policy add on I asked for was already covered in another part of the policy.
