A-Plan - outstanding customer service. They are a truly excellent Insurance Company. Real people you can talk to with intelligent solutions to complicated issues. Danielle and Richard were fantastic giving me time to go through all the variables that I had with my insurance and then offering me ways of significantly reducing the premiums.You can get through on the phone without waiting forever and they have in depth knowledge of the insurance business. I was quoted £6440 for my insurance with another company, with A-Plan, Danielle and Richard I was able to insure my car for £1400, amazing and wonderful customer service. They even gave me a discount for insuring my home as well. They even insure the fastest Shed in the World. So finally a real insurance company in the real world.

He spent time with me understanding my needs for insurance on a specialist vehicle, clarified the terms of the policy clearly, and did his best to match a competitors quote sufficiently to justify me writing the business with him. I have recently come back to A plan. I left previously because they hounded me with sales calls regarding my car insurance. I would be sat at work and receive at least 3 calls a week asking if I had considered the quote I had received. A Plan should reconsider their sales calls as it completely puts people off.
I was lucky to receive a call from Kirsty in Woking who was very helpful and made sure I didn't receive 10000 sales calls. Please learn from Kirsty as she was the reason I came back.

I had trouble with trying to insure my 22 ref transporter as I had the suspension lowered , this company sorted things out , no fuss , a Taylor made policy , very friendly staff , explained everything , which is more than I can say for other insurers , give this company a look in as the price was good , the big company’s didn’t want to touch me just because I had my van lowered , highly recommended , mike howard bristol
