I recently renewed my car insurance with A-Plan Insurance. I have done this in previous years. It was all done over the phone and was and very good experience. The details were recorded and options were discussed with clarity and openness. In the end, it was a positive result and I was able to renew the policy with full confidence.

Sounds like a very good insurance company. However, spent 30min on the phone to go through all the painful detailing to just be told it's almost double the price of my current insurance and more than double than those on comparison websites. Waste of time!

Having been with my previous insurance company for many many years I was a little apprehensive if I am totally honest. To my surprise luck was on my side for once when I contacted A-Plan. I have found the whole experience so easy, the staff and I have spoken to several made me feel important and listened to my needs without compromise. The whole experience left me in no doubt I have found a company that really cares and to boot the price offered with same under writers as my previous company was almost fifty percent less. So go on give them a chance and you might be surprised at the savings and the assurance you are dealing with a first class company. Well done
