I have insured my car with 'A-Plan' for the last 6 years and have been pleased with the service I have received.
Due to the fact I have a hearing impairment I usually visit A-Plan Birmingham office, as I need face to face conversations. I believe we have built up a understanding of what my requirements are which reflected in the latest offer, which was acceptable without further consultations.

With all the prices rising so much, and not having any luck with any insurance providers getting the cost below £100 a month, I called APlan and I'm very much glad I did! Chantal Vince at Tooting was absolutely amazing, she was so nice, friendly and super helpful. She explained everything to me, gave me lots of options and I didn't feel like I was once being tricked into anything or persuaded to do anything i didn't want to! She was absolutely fab! I highly recommend A Plan as their customer service is just outstanding- they really do try their best to help

Being able to take my (elderly) Mum into a branch of A-plan (Salisbury) where she can actually speak to someone face to face.
And not have to go through several menus on the phone.
The Salisbury staff have always been really patient, and friendly with her.
