I like the fact that if ever I have an issue with my insurance polices, I have an office locally that I can visit and speak face to face with an employee. Also, if I find a better deal elsewhere, A Plan, where possible will always try to better their original quote.

I needed to insure my mum’s house while it’s going through probate and unoccupied, every insurance company I went to refused. I did lots of internet searches and all the ones I found had terrible reviews until A plan. I got to them through Endsleigh insurance who I insured with 30 years ago as a student. I spoke to Polly in Bristol and she was absolutely brilliant, I can’t praise her helpfulness, knowledge and efficiency enough. She went above and beyond to get things sorted that day for me, even staying late to get it in place that day and at a good price. I cannot recommend Aplan highly enough.
