The actual service and policy / price very good and I would recommend them. However trying to contact them to renew my policies was a nightmare. Over three days I was trying to phone and was left holding on for over 20mins, until I gave up. Had to email them to contact me. Almost took my business elsewhere.

I always recommend A-Plan because my past experience has been more than helpful. What matters is what happens when a crisis occurs and A-Plan responses have been perfection. They are so easy to deal with in person, by phone or email. The policies are available online and reminders with comparisons well in advance. Excellent. Thank you

As always, I received early notice of renewal. I was given a quote with all the specific requirements replicated from the current year. I was able to telephone to finalise the new policy, paying over the phone and receiving my new documents the next day. No stress along with the knowledge that, if i do have a problem, A-plan will handle the claim leaving me without the hassle. Thanks for your help Hollie.

This is my 3rd year with A Plan.
I received a new quote through the post which I thought was higher than I expected.
After a conversation over the phone with them they managed to give me a much lower price and also included breakdown cover.
All in all the service and advice I was given was spot on.
I have a commercial vehicle that is only used for social and pleasure camping trips with grandkids.
So other company quotes can be high.
