It's the first time we have used A-Plan and can highly recommend. The agent who handled our car insurance renewal was most knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He secured a better policy with a well-known car insurance company at a significantly better rate than our existing policy. This being achieved at a time when most car insurance companies are significantly increasing renewal premiums. We will be contacting A-Plan when our house insurance comes up for renewal.

This was a renewal of a home insurance policy. I did look around at a few other insurers. But went back to the one A Plan found & suggested. As it was competitively priced. And I like the reassurance that A Plan would be there to assist should I be in the unfortunate position to make a claim.
Only slight negative, I did receive numerous text messages, emails & phone calls asking me about the renewal, some of them a good few weeks before the renewal date. Did find this a bit irritating.
The staff however, are always very helpful & courteous.

Staff and insurance adviser at Newton Abbot were polite and efficient from the very first phone call. The adviser listened to what I needed from the policy, and didn't try hard sell techniques to get me to take policy options. Louise sounded as though she was really pleased to have found the policy for us, and appears to enjoy what she does, which is great !!
