Using A-Plan to find a car insurance quote for me was easy and gave me a policy I was happy with. So much better to deal with a real person who you can even go and talk to face to face if needed. No hanging on a line while a recorded voice tells you things you don't want to know which means no annoying call centre to negotiate. Invaluable. Arranging my cover was simple and successful. As I have not made any claim I have not got a view on the performance of the insurance company. But if I did find myself in that position I am confident that A-Plan would assist me.

I was very worried about Police Insure changing, but was very happy dealing with Louise Fisher who properly listened, allowed me time to consider, and answered my many emailed questions very clearly without any hard sell of add-ons, resulting in the proposed policy being more suited to my needs and within my budget. Louise was very professional and efficient, but relatable and cheerful in all communications. Thank you Louise.

Taking out insurance for an additional car was very easy with A Plan Weybridge. The call to give the car details and to go over the details for the three drivers was easy enough. Price came in OK, on the second call if any insurance can be classed as a “fair” price in 2023, with the indefensible increase in premiums from insurance companies.
Staff were friendly and polite.
The reason for 4 stars is two fold, repeating so many details that are unchanged from our existing policy was tedious - can’t the majority be copied across? The second is the relentless attempt to upsell when it was clear that all I needed was straightforward car insurance for an additional vehicle. If I didn’t buy it first time around, why keep trying?
However, dealing with a person is better than all previous online car insurance experiences and they are not Direct Line.

Having been with Just Kampers for about 4 years they sent me a renew quote £220 pounds more than last year ( I had no changes to my policy) went to A-Plan my insurance is now cheaper then before. I have got so much more for my money. When I was told what I would get with my policy I was expecting it to be really expensive, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the price. It was an easy and straightforward process. A Plan are excellent.

When faced with large percentage automatic increases on existing policies Mark Catley made survey and used his experience to find better deals. Being able to visit an office rather than hang on the phone for ages to talk to `virtual' assistant was plus benefit.
