My husband and I have been with A Plan insurance for a number of years now and we both recommend them very highly. No matter who you speak to on the phone, you will get a very good, pleasant and courteous service and they are also competitive in price. We continue to be loyal customers as the service is always outstanding. The staff are all very knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble. I spoke with a lady called Abida today and she was incredibly helpful and thorough with every aspect of what I needed from the insurance.

Catherine Smith in the Tooting office has always been in touch with me year on year with respect to my Home & Content insurance and has consistently delivered the best premium, provider and type of insurance I need. Her annual conversations with me are clear and crisp so much that I wait for the renewal times. She has a good grasp of the insurance terms and calmly and patiently explains everything for my confirmation. My kudos also to staff in the Tooting office who help her finalise my insurance cover every year.

I spoke with Callum and went through the whole modification specification as well as details of the vehicle.
Callum excelled himself to make sure that the right cover was in place with the best financial option.
I was very happy indeed at the friendly and professional service and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I then was given the quote to take home and review. The quote had the young lady's name on it,so when I phoned them back I knew who I needed to speak to.Very good professional staff

Polite and courteous service by agents and and understanding of the requirements to insure campervans. The policy offered was comprehensive in cover and clearly explained to me. It also beat the Caravan Club equivalent insurance.
