After having a bad experience with another insurance broker over the telephone (1hr 8mins!) I went into the Evesham A-plan Insurance office and Sue Badham
(Insurance Consultant) helped me with my renewal car insurance.
She was helpful, courteous, efficient and respectful. I was out of the door within 30mins as a happy customer!
I would highly recommend their services. I also have my home insurance taken care of with A-Plan. Definitely 5 stars for Sue!

It is just so straight forward . Everyone is friendly and efficient and more than happy to explain anything you need to know .

When I recently visited the Kidderminster branch to get a car insurance quote, the staff were extremely busy, dealing with both in-branch customers and what seemed continuous telephone calls. Nevertheless, the Branch Manager was prepared spent considerable time attending to my exacting requirements, and eventually sourced a competitive price, which I was delighted to accept.

I recently arranged Car, Home & Contents Insurance, via A Plan Insurance Brokers, in Newton Abbot, Devon. My experience of using A Plan was very positive indeed. They were very easy to contact on the phone and have a branch in my local town, so I could simply call in, in person, to arrange my insurance cover. All the staff were professional, friendly and approachable. Dale Shirt, who arranged my insurance cover, was very helpful indeed from the outset and answered my phone calls in a timely manner. He was able to beat the renewal quote I received from my existing insurer and answer any questions I had, confidently and competently, which was very reassuring. After my appointment with A Plan Insurance, I left feeling I had placed my insurance needs, in very good hands and would recommend them highly.
