I have dealt Aplan Insurance for a number of years. I have always found it an excellent company to deal with. Whoever I speak to at the Maidenhead office is polite and helpful and ready to explain and answer any questions or queries I have whether it be concerning my home or my car. In my recent dealings they have been most helpful. I received as always a first class service. Thank you very much.

I think the best thing is being able to walk in to my local branch and talk face to face with a real person and have friendly banter with your very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff and not have the hassle of waiting in a queue on the telephone or having to do all by computer, and of coarse, you got me a very good insurance quote.

I dealt with Jack to renew my car & house insurance, and found him friendly and very helpful. He got me a good price for the car even after my last insurer dropped their price. My last insurer got me (what Jack said was) a good price for the house, but he still undercut them by £10. I was more than satisfied.

I find insurance goes right over my head, but our company has been working with Aplan since we began and they make it all so simple for us. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they are happy to explain all options, and offer a no fuss friendly service we have come to rely on for all our fleet and business insurances. I recently dealt with Kelly in the Eastleigh office, who was wonderful, but over the years I have spoken to several members of the team, and they all offer a consistently high standard of service. I highly recommend them with complete confidence.
