I've used A-Plan for several years, for both home and motor insurance. Their staff are always polite and friendly, and certainly seemed well-trained. I don't know if they are actually cheaper than anyone else, but they take the time and effort to do price comparisons before suggesting a quote or policy, so they have probably saved me a lot of hassle and I'm happy to pay for that.

Have just received very professional, friendly service from Aimee at the Basingstoke office. I needed house and car insurances, and Aimee spent considerable time finding the insurances that best met my requirements. She patiently explained the queries I had.

My insurance needs were a bit complicated since there was a buildings policy in my late mother’s name which needed to be cancelled and a new policy in my name instituted. Shane at A Plan in Farnborough was as always polite, friendly, empathetic and efficient. He found a policy at a pretty reasonable price to suit my needs and was patient when I changed my mind about some of the details. Good service once again. Would recommend.
