I have been a client of A Plan for many years. They don't find me the cheapest deals, but I don't want a cheap deal, I want the best deal, and that is what they always deliver. Insurance is a minefield and I trust them to steer me through the exclusion clauses so as to avoid the deals that don't fit my needs.

The setting up of the cover was pretty painless but the thing that has let them down is the fact that I have not received the insurance documents. I took out the cover on 3rd July and after two calls to them I have still not got the documents and today is the 18th.
