This was a face to face experience at Lichfield office. My requirements were listened to in detail. Full explanation of both terminology and cover was given, including any add ons which may have supported the policy to a better requirement level. I was not hurried in any way, including closing the deal there and then. The price was very competitive and the follow-up paperwork dealt with in an expedient manner. Professional, competent, pleasant, and polite.
