Having had an exceptionally difficult 12 month's and car insurance due I was finding it all very daunting. I started on the comparison sites but it takes so long. Having got a good quote decided to call, what was Aplan Birmingham, my current brokers. I was not let down. Above everything they are so friendly polite efficient and professional.
The shortened version they really cheered me up and I got all sorted in a very short time. Thank you particularly to Mark and also the manager James. Super super company don’t ever change.

She has been so thorough and found us the best car insurance to suit our needs. As well whenever we need to make any amendments to our policy she is there to help and sort it all out.
