Richard Spencer of the Newbury branch went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and at a really competitive price. I would recommend A-Plan Thatcham to anyone with an American import vehicle. Also the fact that Richard and I spent the first 20 minutes off the call talking about BMX bikes made me feel like a really valued customer and it made the usually mundane process of insurance purchase really enjoyable. Hats off to you sir!

For insurance is you phone up all the staff are polite and helpful and you are speaking to someone you can understand
