The renewal of my motor cover in January was handled very speedily and efficiently. Before that, in December, Howden's representative gave exceptional service when I wanted to change my car at very short notice and the change of cover was dealt with calmly and expeditiously despite this being late afternoon shortly before the New Year break.

What a fantastic experience I had with Richard. Above and beyond with great understanding and perfect advice to get all papers required sorted and get my JDM insured. And saved me a fortune as well, giving me an idea to call every time when need a renewal on other car. So I don’t go lazy on comparison sites and accept whatever they generate. Brilliant service highly recommend especially if you have japan import car.
