I first used a plan some years ago and have continued to use them since originally it was because I could go to their office to discuss what I wanted. Then in lockdown they telephoned me once again explaining everything about my renewal this has happened each year. This year I received everything in the post, again I telephoned (as I am no longer able to visit office) and everything was again explained . Excellent service and would most definitely recommend this company.

We have problems with our postal deliveries we only received phone call from the office and we were informed that we could insure straight away..To days later we received the quote after the date after it was due .

So weeks before my car insurance ran out, A Plan local branch contacted me as usual, advising me that they had several quotes for renewal. She gave a comparison from last year to this year, and the narrowed down options. Very clear, very competitive prices, very good coverage. I took up an option to increase my excess to further reduce the price, and it is payable over ten monthly payments. Simple, easy, efficient, done. Every time, seamless, straight forward, and they are so nice in my local branch.

Superb customer service from Abida at the Thatcham office. A lovely lady who helped me promptly and efficiently with my query for a 'day van'/ camper insurance. Very professional and knowledgeable on arranging insurance for my van. Aplan was recommended and customer service was indeed excellent. Although not the cheapest I relied on a recommendation. Thoroughly impressed by Abida's attention to all the requirements. Definitely recommend calling this office for your insurance. Clearly explained all the detail I requested and I felt very reassured.
