I was contacted few times before the expiry of my existing policy to ensure I was not left without adequate and valid cover. Mr. Kane Tipton handled my renewal in the most caring, patient and clear manner. He answered all my queries thoroughly and took the initiative to approach his manager to ask for a sympathetic review the initial quote which he managed to reduce substantially to below my previous years' premium. Was talking with Victoria Gregory .what a great experience Polite,knowledgeable. She had time to assist with all my questions.
