Despite having widespread problems with their comms network my local A-Plan people made sure to contact me in good time, to offer a viable renewal option.

Recently very long wait to be connected. Three times I was cut off during the wait. I still can't access my documents online. They emailed me eventually but did not address the access problem.
They also tried to overcharge me by a lot by not taking into my NCB. This was sorted out in the end by the manager but after much persistence and insistence on my behalf.
Not impressed at all.
