Existing Insurer required a huge increase although no claims and no change in the risk. A Plan found an alternative quotation with a highly reputable insurance known to us with considerable saving. The premium fell within overall market expectations.

We're with the Farnham branch. They were really helpful...once you could get ahold of them. The number on the letter they sent just rang forever, the number from Google said it was disconnected, phoning the main hub resulted in us being put through to the Staines branch who obviously couldn't help us more than to message the Farnham branch to phone us back. Tried phoning at different times on multiple days, all with the deadline of our renewal ticking closer. Christian was incredibly helpful whenever we did speak but the accessibility of the phone calls was awful. Might be better for other branches, I don't know.

There were a few issues with the renewal premium; the no-claims bonus was considerably and inexplicably low. I did not receive a satisfactory answer when I queried a few agents about it. However, when things were not going forward, the manager Richard Johnson stepped in and checked the numbers. He was reasonable in his advice and accepted the no claims bonus should be higher and offered a fair deal. Also one of the most patient customer representatives I have ever interacted with. Extremely clear and helpful, keep up the good work!

I always find A Plan helpful and supportive. They explain things clearly and give me time to make any necessary decisions on matters relating to the policy. When I contact them to pick up any issue they are straight to the point without needing a recap. I have several policies with A Plan and I am very happy that they are handling them.
