I was dreading the phone call as I’m neurodivergent and struggle keeping track of conversation and I thought I’d het mixed up between the quotes.
He explained everything so simply and clearly and talked me through all the different quotes,

My wife and I (and our dog) are always made welcome and the staff are always very warmly helpful. They have also gone to some trouble to get us some good deals that have been less than our previous suppliers.
