The hike in price since last year is totally wrong, seems to me like all insurance companies/brokers etc have got together to vastly inflate customers premiums

A-Plan Alton office, whichever person I've spoken to, provide an excellent service and will compete to the extreme to provide the best cover for comparative costs. Should you need to make a claim their service is invaluable, hence if need be their policy introductions are worth that extra even if they cost that bit more than mainstream alternatives.

The on-line way of doing insurance has its limits. There's no replacement for working things out with a person. Noah Yemane was an excellent helper and gudied me through the process step by step. Such a difference to actually sort things out with a real person who can solve all your questions for you. Well done Noah and thank you. It encourages me to use A-Plan again.

I have renewed with A plan because I appreciate the backing I receive if and when a claim is made and the assurance that I have a full and comprehensive cover of my vehicle. I do, however, get a little frustrated that when I am sent a renewal quote it is not, even though I’ve been a long and loyal customer, the lowest price they can offer. I always have to haggle and threaten to take my business away before they revise the quote.
