I have been a customer of Howden latterly A plan for 63 years . I have had good service in the past and have no reason to change.. I was a bit put out with one of my recent renewals increasing by over a £100 with no changes on my part...........

From the very first phone call with Richard Williams he was incredibly caring and helpful. Although having my car stolen was traumatic,Richard made the whole the whole experience of dealing with the necessary paperwork etc. extremely smooth and easy.
