I have used Howden (previously A-Plan) for years. They are excellent and when I was unfortunate enough to have an accident they took over and did everything for me. Well worth paying their admin fee for this. If you buy online you’re left to do everything yourself and might not be well enough.

I cannot recommend the help, advice, efficiency and friendliness of Tasmyn Billington at Howdens. Each year I get a reminder from her in plenty of time (this isn't always the case with insurers) that my car insurance is due for renewal. Within the day I have received the most competitive option and can proceed. Tasmyn couldn't be a better person to deal with so I would advise anyone who was looking for insurance - contact Tasmyn Billington.
