Darwin Glass have been amazing - stepping in immediately to do a huge job when we were let down by another fitter before Christmas. They started working on scaffolding in the snow and refused to be fazed by the complications that arose as the job went on. They have a real "can do" attitude - along with smiles!

Excellent job, right on time and very good value for money. Although they forgot that they were meant to change a couple of handles (as well as replace double glazing on a bay and normal window), they were happy to come back on another day to rectify.

The service recieved from David was excellent. Right from the initial enquiry, I felt confident that this company would fit my micro chip cat flap into my double glazed patio door with minimum fuss. Dave Jenkins has recently replaced several leaking double glazing sealed units and replaced worn hinges at my house. From my first contact with him I had no concerns about asking him to do the work. He was quick to respond and was very professional throughout. Not pushy, and his main aim was that I should be a satisfied customer. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone else.

I just wanted to highlight the excellent service and quality received from Darwin Glass & Glazing, recently whilst decorating my living room the step ladder got knocked over (yes it was me !) and smashed through my patio window, to make things worse this was at 6pm on a Friday evening. I called Darwin Glass and spoke to David and he said that he can come over that evening to make the property safe and measure up the glass at the same time. sure enough David turned up within the hour and secured and measured the window for the replacement. The next morning David called to confirm the unit had been ordered and he would come straight over Monday morning, Monday morning came and David from Darwin Glass turned up removed the old window and installed the new one! The service received was excellent!
Dave Jenkins did a very poor job on a sash window replacement. After installing the window pane back in it's frame there was a 3mm gap in one corner. On pointing this out he promised to return to fix the problem but never came back or contacted me again. Poor workmanship and not trustworthy.
I spotted Dave glazing a window as I drove through Broseley. I stopped to explain that my double glazing had become badly condensated and could Darwin Windows quote me on fully re-double glazing of my 4 bedroom house. Dave came to measure-up the following day and advised me not to replace the windows but to simply replace the sealed glass cases. This worked out at just 10% of the anticipated cost of double glazing and was executed in just one morning. On completion it was impossible to see any trace of rework except for the smart sealing work and crystal clear glass. Whilst he was at it Dave resealed a leaking glazed door for me and made safe my storm damaged greenhouse as a favour. As far as glazers go there is no other option in my book. What a great guy. Absolutely fantastic service! Put a call in at 8am on a saturday morning and within the hour Dave was with us. His kind nature and proffesionalism made the situation calm and easy and within a few hours there was a nice new pane of glass in!!
