I started training with Rachel two years ago to improve my flexibility and strength. Rachel has an excellent exercise library and my weekly PT sessions with her are always varied. She always brings lots of new ideas into my workouts to keep them challenging and interesting, using different pieces of equipment and a variety of training methods. She continued to train me both pre and post foot surgery, coming up with innovative ways to work with what I was able to do. This was integral to the quick recovery that I made. I definitely feel much stronger and more flexible since training with Rachel. I always look forward to my workout and would recommend her to anyone wanting to do the same.

Healthy Outside and In - My experience with Physio on the River in Barnes. I once read that a healthy outside starts from the inside. In all fairness, I don’t know if this is necessarily true but I after visiting and experiencing first-hand the level of care and quality at Physio on the River in Barnes I’m confident that it is indeed true for some. Physio on the rivers attention to detail is easy to spot when you arrive at their charming location near the Barnes Bridge their logo easily visible from the road or even the river if you happen to be rowing past! Once inside the rooms are bright, the reception warm, and the therapists professional and clearly knowledgeable from the start. After breaking my foot in a biking accident Dave Burnette had me back on my feet and active in what seemed like no time, he watched and listened attentively throughout my therapy and adjusted as needed along the way. I wasn’t aware of the range of services Physio on the River offer but they offer a truly comprehensive service from sports rehab and podiatry to Pilates and yoga. With my active lifestyle, I am so happy to have found a place that I can trust and with the potential to be an integral part of my health for years to come. -Victor Kimmel, Fulham Resident

Just a quick message to says thanks for your help in February / March following the problems I had with my leg from running. I'm pleased to say that the exercises have worked and I got myself back on track with my training. I managed a 12 mile run last week and 11 miles the week before that. I'm running the half marathon as planned on Sunday and feel very confident that I will complete it in around 2 hours. Thanks again for all you help.
