The highlight of my week is to go to Tuesdayʼs Urban Yogi class. Whatever has happened that day/week dissolves away in a truly special hour and a half of wonderful yoga.
my partner (18yrs yoga practice) and I (beginner) both attend Tuesdays class and cannot recommend it enough. She is simply amazing and is always on hand to correct any postures that are not quite right. We also went on a yoga retreat with Tuesday to Turkey which was simply amazing and left us all feeling fantastic. A lovely person and an excellent teacher.
