Matt from ReHEAT came promptly after our call and worked effectively on our now venerable boiler, charging a reasonable fee and giving some useful general pointers. I am happy to recommend them as a good local firm and will keep their card and number handy.

Mark did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was excellent at communicating the problem from a telephone call and setting up a time to visit. By pre-ordering the part he saved an unnecessary visit and his manner and expertise were second to none. Matt & Austin at ReHeat provided an excellent service when giving my system a recent powerflush. Very helpful and knowledgeable, Austin explained everything he was doing all the time he was here. The powerflush they carry out is extremely comprehensive and thorough, and therefore good value for money. Best of all, the 2 radiators which haven't worked for several years are now piping hot! Prompt, courteous, tidy and efficient, with good after care. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot commend this company highly enough. They arrive on time for appointments and my boiler has always been thoroughly and well serviced. They also take the time and trouble to explain what they have done - well done.
ReHEAT provided the most professional and swift service I have experienced since moving to London. They returned phone calls immediately and arrived within a day to replace a broken boiler.
They discussed options and energy savings for the gas and installed a new boiler in half a day. They cleaned the bathroom and floor afterwards and even washed up their own cups after a cuppa.
They provided a follow-up day and clear instructions on usage with an emergency number and plan.

I have used ReHEAT regularly since 2004. They do my annual service. If ever I have a central heating problem they comes out the same day I call them eg when my hall thermostat broke down they were here by 9.30am and replaced it. Highly recommended.
Reheat installed a new boiler for me. I found them to be punctual, professional, yet friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who would like a new boiler installed.
