Great company have used for almost 30 years for all my plumbing and heating works

Great company repaired my boiler fast arrived when said and completed the repair same day at a great cost what more can I say

Moved gas pipe due to return once fire fitted to connect. Arranged for people to be at house bc away on business - got a call on the day of appointment to say no-one would be arriving due to sickness. They then said may be able to get someone else out but person arrived and didn’t have enough time to do job.Further appointment arranged Friday again arranged for someone to be at house but got a call to say that once again would not be able to visit. This time many excuses given including blaming the person I purchased fire from who hadn’t been involved in transaction. Many excuses made for inefficiencies in His Company. Bottom line still no fire!

Boiler installation and other. “Big job. Removal of two cold storage tanks and one hot water tank. New piping and replacement of the boiler and also replacement of kitchen waste pipe. I received a lot of quotes for this and virtually all said I would need to upgrade to a 22 mm gas pipe which would have to run around the external walls to accommodate the boiler. I asked my regular plumber about this who said a 15mm pipe is appropriate for some boilers where you do not have a gas cooker and pressure remains adequate, Registered Gas Services were only one of two companies that matched this independent assessment. Very happy with RGS.”

I've been using RGS to look after a flat that I own for several years. Also a boiler installation in the same property. Never anything other than prompt, straightforward and effective. Charges very reasonable and highly recommended.

Thanks Rgs for the repair on my boiler. Other company's said I need a new boiler but Peter came out and said why change maybe 20 years old but can still get all the spares and sent dean out same day and we now have a Woking boiler and saved a lot off money thank you will call again

You managed to obtain the parts and carry out both visits within 24 hours, which is extremely important at this time of year as having kids and no heating or hot water can be a nightmare!
